Why I am looking forward to paying for leads on ZMM.

I have been booted off the ZMM a grand total of 5 different times. It has always been for the same reason....low ball quoting. I am constantly harassed from flagged quotes, angry phone calls from competitors, nasty emails from competitors, fake requests for GFE's from competitors, and ridiculous attacks on whether I maintain licensing. The end result is always the same...since my pricing is low, I eventually get booted and then have to create a fictitious user to stay in the lead pipeline. Then I have to spend a good deal of time and energy to build up a rating. And then, once again, wait for the banning from people at Zillow that know nothing about mortgages.

Well my friends, this is all about to end. The sweet, cozy little system of free leads is about to end. And not a moment too soon. The ridiculous sniping, and politics is all about to end. We go to the free market based system, where only the strong will survive. The stone cold reality is that most of the small mortgage people that frequent these chat boards will be long gone. And good riddance to them. I am so tired of the politics.

I cannot wait to deposit $50k into my account and start paying for these high quality leads. I have made nearly $400k from the ZMM over the past 16 months from mortgages and selling real estate from the contacts I have made on this site. To hear you cry babies complain that you wouldnt pay a penny for a lead only goes to show your incompetence and ignorance. Do you think the world revolves around you? When you cannot afford to pay $75 for a quality lead, then I don't have to worry about your lame flagging, and bogus accusations. My only worries will be from those that can offer a better rate, or outbid me and still afford to lose money.

i don't think zillow will start letting you scam people, just because you pay for the right...

perhaps you should start quoting actual products and then you wont have to be banned every other week
