Or the agent uploaded the listing on the MLS before uloading a photo of the property. Unfortunately, it's that first upload that gets picked up by other sites that feature listings for sale.

Or maybe, the agent didn't upload any pictures at all!

It would depend where the feed is coming from.  If you are looking at a foreclosure listed by an agent, it will very likely have photos but if you are looking at homes posted by foreclosure.com, a partner of Zillow, they don't have pictures.
