Why are a couple of houses (addresses) not found at Zillow?

I SEARCHED A COUPLE ADDRESSES AND THEY WERE NOT FOUND ON ZILLOW...IS IS BECAUSE THESE WERE NOT FINANCED THROUGH THE BANK AND BUILT AND PAID FOR BY THE OWNER AND NOT FINANCED?
