Why are all properties on Retha Drive increasing in value in the the last 30 days, except mine?

It appears homes have to be MLS listed for it's value to increase over a 30 day period.  As evidence, please see properties at 6036, 6039 and 6063 Retha Drive. My property at 6052 Retha Drive, Fairfield, OH 45014 is the only exception and has decreased in value.  Since it is a "Make Me Move" listing, is that the reason it is decreasing in value?

As a follow up to this same question, Zillow Case # 00398539: 30 Day Price Change, dated February 14, was initiated.  It said a Zillow.com Customer Service Representative will get back with me as soon as possible between Mondays and Fridays 9 AM and 5 PM Pacific time.  No answers from anyone, as of February 23.
