Well from what i've seen and experienced on this site, there is a myriad of different ways homes/listings get published to Zillow...from the MLS, which should allow for updated info/status, but listings are also published here from advertising publications and other websites even...i'll have a listing in MLS, have it advertised in many other places and they will show up as a new listing each time and because those aren't IDX and in the publishers database (ie homes&land magazine) then they'll just always show up unless I delete them from the other websites which I'm just not having the time or energy to do...
Hi Vicky -
You have one listing however it was just posted af ew days ago. Can you please provide the complete address of the property you are referring to so I can further check?
Thank you.

Best to go to the source for the most current information.
In Monmouth County : http://www.momls.com
Middlesex County: http://middlesexcountymls.com
Both are public sites for the County Multiple Listing Services in Central New Jersey.

Why are homes listed as currently active for sale but have been sold months ago?
