Why are results displayed inaccurate??

Recently while looking at search results for the town of Milton I keep getting innacurate results! Some estimates are missing competely and other are identifying the wrong properties! In particular, A house at at 19 Emerson Road is identified as 15 Emerson Road, which isn't identified at all on Zillow's maps! Similarly, 75 Antwerp street shows up TWICE with TWO DIFFERENT values and neither one identifies a particular home! How can anyone trust Zillow's results when they're this inaccurate??

I get that the "zestimates" may not be entirely accurate, but I was on the site only about a week ago and everything was accurately represented in terms of which property was which, but for the past couple of days it seems completely out of whack...

You can trust Zillow only as far as you can trust public records... that's where the information comes from for the most part. zEstimates are a whole different story... They are nothing but a number based on a less than perfect formula. Always hire a Real Estate professional if you need an estimated current value of your property or a property you're interested in.
