The listing agent or owner can also claim the house here and then change the listed schools by editing the home facts here. The process is easy and quick. I think the original information comes from Education.com and is based largely on distance and not local attendance areas.

It may be due to the fact that Zillow and other websites like it use an IDX (internet data exchange ) to gather their information.IDX technology is not perfect and usually slow. the best way to get the correct information is to contact a Realtor and have that person email you the listing from Trend (our MLS)  let me know if I can help
