Hello Halstead. That sounds very strange to me too. Have these homes made dramatic improvements, such as, adding a pool, expanding their homes, upgrading inside? If nothing substantial has changed then I think it's a mistake on the zestimates. Are you trying to figure out what your house is worth if you decide to sell it?




Why are the zestimates for homes on my block unchanged for 2 years when others have dropped?
