I would claim the house listing that is the most accurate and complete as the owner and then flag the other listing as a duplicate so Zillow can remove it. You can claim using the yellow "edit" pencil under the main house photo and then use the "report problem with listing" on the house page that you want removed.
It may take a little time for Zillow to remove it, but at least that way the duplicate goes on the fix list. Hope it helps.

Hi rockyMtnRajah -
The property I'll submit for deletion is the one without the Price History. Sunnyview is correct. It may take weeks for us to remove the duplicate property.
We appreciate your understanding.

Under every listing there's a place that says "Edit". Under that you can "report a problem".
Good luck!
Good luck!

Why are there multiple listings for my home
What I believe is the correct one is: http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/307-Inverness-Way-S-UNIT-206-Englewood-CO-80112/90146835_zpid/ (as it has the correct sold price and date).
The duplicate is http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/307-Inverness-Way-S-UNIT-206-Englewood-CO-80112/2133729130_zpid/ (doesnt have any historical data).
Is there any way to correct this?
