Why are there no listings for houses sold in area code 75181?

I am looking for houses sold in mesquite texas zip 75181 and their are zero homes listed as recently sold. Why? I have looked at some MLS data and houses have been sold.

Even if there are homes listed as sold, the data may not be accurate because TX is a non-disclosure state and sales prices are not made public only loan amounts are.
