There are 24 homes for sale in Croasdaile (single family, townhomes and condos, average price $612k), 5 currently under contract (avgeage $772k), and 10 that have sold during the past 12 months (average sales price $707k).  Most of these are over the 1/2 a million dollar mark, and those homes often take longer to sell.  There are fewer buyers in the higher price ranges than there are in the lower ranges.
