There are two properties listed for my address at 1523 Dorset Way Loveland OH 45140. The two locations have the same address but different values and details.

One looks like an old agent listing to me. I would claim the home page that you want to keep and then flag the other less detailed one for removal as a duplicate page by clicking the yellow "edit" pencil to "report problem with home". That will send Zillow an email attached to the property address so they can delete the duplicate. Hope it helps.
