Why are timeshares and rentals often included in "for sale" results? It's so frustrating.

I'll support the idea of searching within a price range, if not simply because: if it looks like too good a deal, something is fishy.

It is indeed frustrating.  Sometimes it is a coding error and sometimes it is sloppiness on part of the listing party.  The best way to avoid these is to put a minimum realistic price into the search filters.    (ZIllow has a policy that time shares are not supposed to be listed.  Apparently some don't care and do it anyway)
