Why are you asking for a higher price than zillow estimate? What makes your home worth more?

Because this home has many upgrades than it not included in the zillow estmate. Such as: a glass enclosed and carpeted sunroom with a extended patio for barbecue area, track and recessed lighting, upgraded faucets and light in bathrooms, waynes coating in the dining room and lighting under kichen cabinets.

All these addition in the value of the home. If you have ant other questions please ask.

many factors play in zillows estimates are usually ten to twenty precent off!
location, upgrades may or may NOT have a factor when buying there is usually a neighborhood average sale price based on square footage,  its alwasy a good idea to have a buyers certified agent such as myself to help in all aspects of buying a home!

remember its free to use a real estate agent as a buyer!

Zillow estimates are NOT appraisal or true valuations of properties!


Zillow underestimated my personal residence by nearly $200,000. It continues to list my property in the incorrect neighborhood, it had the wrong "year built", it had the wrong square footage, and the list goes on.


So, use Zillow as what it is a "Zestimate" or as I would put it, a "GUESStimate". If you want to know the value, contact a licensed Real Estate Professional such as a REALTOR or a Licensed Appraiser.

No, the real answer is that zillow estimates are not 100% accurate, in some instances they are not even close, and the only ways to truly determine value are through a realtor (good), appraisal (better), sale (best). Any buyer who thinks zestimates are a good indicator of value is the sucker that sellers are dreaming of finding these days.
