I think I know this house. It looks like one I did a pre-listing inspection on a short time ago. It is in Waterton Subdivision I believe. It is a wonderful neighborhood.

Thank you. I asked a ? in the discussion section and can't find where to see if there are any answers.

I asked if it was OK to ask several realtors to give us an estimate of what they'd list our house for, what to accept for it, and what they'd charge us to sell our home.

We've been wanting to sell our home ourselves as our friend did for four months now but keep hesitating.

We live on a main, highly viewable raod in Simpsonville and think it will sell easily.

Thoughts?
