Make sure the buyer/seller is signing on with a user name and password. I had this issue a few times.

There are still a few out there that have not been approved for my profile. It's been more than just a couple days. Not sure what the criteria is, but maybe they aren't getting approval?

Reviews go through moderation before appearing associated with your account on Zillow. They can take several business days (usually less than a week) to appear. Have the reviewers received notice that their reviews were rejected? They can open their accounts and check review status ("My Zillow" ---> Profile ----> reviews) if they aren't sure.
