The owner of the home has complete control over their house, since they are the owners, as it should be... Realtors are very intimidating, and the public knows this & tends to subconsciously shy away from them. Realtors are Salespersons, "Sell,Sell, Sell," is their #1 motto, they are strictly "people" persons, not book-smart and they LOVE to HEAR THEMSELVES SPEAK! They will out-speak the average person in a heart-beat!
Do NOT let them WIN! Stand your ground firmly, state your wishes, & the Realtors are obligated to comply. Period. It's your home, your equity, your money. You paid the taxes, the electricity, the insurance, so you are in charge!

The Realtor's in Lake Jackison are tying to Artifically keep the home prices up for their %. If you would like to buy a nice home in Lake Jacksons for a reduced price...a price reflecting the market. Please give me a call.
