Why can't I get the value of my home.

I go on Zillow and it comes up with error. I would like to know the market value of our home.  So we can list it at a fair price to sell.

Zillow is a great place to find an estimate, but there can be issues like you mentioned.  The best way to get the value of your home is to call a local agent and have them complete a market analysis.  It will be much more thorough than a Zestimate pulled only from the numbers (not comparing quality of homes, etc) and many agents will do one for free.
