You have the address right? And the homeowner(s) listed their own property on Zillow? Drive over there, knock on the door. Be polite and ask to see it, if no one answers, leave a polite note. If Zillow does not disclose the contact information you need, log onto the county assessors web site, put in the address and you will see who owns it & contact information.
Best of luck & if you move forward without RE agents, make sure the price reflects the savings that they seller is receiving since they are not paying RE commissions.
