Why can't I update the information I put on Zillow? How do I change and/or remove this info?

Why can't I remove information I personally typed in?  ie:  "It's a great neighborhood!"  There shouldn't be any reason why I can't remove my own information.  Please advise how I can update this.  I am upset because I had checked the box that the info was to remain private, but despite that, it's not private and I want the info I typed in off your system.
