WTF - I now get an email from zillow telling me my house dropped in value but I can't see the zestimate or do my own comp. Sample of email follows:

User created properties such as yours do not have the option for the My Estimator since we do not have public facts, sales transaction, etc to calculate for a Zestimate.
We'll be checking on further why you received an email from Zillow advising about your home's Zestimate value.
Approximately how long is it likely to take to get an answer to the e-mailed Zestimate question?
To be fair, it is always appropriate to allow Zillow an appropriate opportunity to fix a problem, without being harassed about it in the meantime.
Ia, can you suggest an 'appropriate time' so jim_ci (or other readers) will know when to check back? This provides 'breathing room' and 'confidence' at the same time.

I want to use the home evaluator tool but can't. The home does not have a z estimate but this should not stop me from selecting my own comps.
