If you can't find the link to claim home, on the home details page, click the "edit" tool. Choose report problem with home/listing, wait for the drop down menu and you'll be provided with options like incorrect owner claim. Click on one of them then follow the instructions to claim your home.

I checked your property and it shows that you only have the Tax assessment value. The reason you were not able to create your own estimate is because there is no Zestimate value for your property.

Absolutely contact a local agent. In my case Zillow shows my house to be worth about $30k less than what it really is due to it pulling comps from a very nearby but far inferior neighborhood.

The Zillow Zestamate is a guess at best. If you go to the very bottom of the page and click on the Zestamate values and accuracy for you area there will be a chart on the percentage of accuracy of the Zestamate in your area if it says 10% keep in mind thats plus or minus 10% which means the estimate could be off by a total of 20% You would be better to have a local agent who knows your market do a Comparable Market Analysis.
