Open up the details page on your house and go to the bottom of the page. There is a "Report problems with listing..." button. Use that to let Zillow know of the issue.
BTW, there is a listing website shown, but the link 404's - so the REA tore down their page. Make sure to let Zillow know the link is dead.

Kevin and 12332Z: An owner cannot claim the property when an agent has a listing on the property. However, they can click on "report a problem with listing" and chose "property not for sale' in the drop down menu.

Go to the listing and click on edit, then claim the property. It will then ask if you are the owner etc. and you can edit it from there. It could be a glitch that has it set as active. Hope this helps!
