Wetdawgs is right. You would need to claim the property before you can make some updates. To do so, go to the home details page, hover over "Edit" and click "Claim your home". Once done, options to update home facts, description and photos will be available under "Edit". If you are still having difficulties, you can send me an email with the property address to check it out for you.
