Why can I not view home information on Zillow without error messages on my computr?

I am a longtime user of Zillow, but recently have encountered difficulties when trying to view home information. When I click on the address of the property I want to view, my computer gets lost, and give an error message. I have never had this problem before and it appears to be the same on all of the computers systems I have used in the past few weeks. Can you help me with this problem?
