Why cannot I not find the address I need for a Broker Price Opinion?

The commercial property address I am looking for is: 3219 MLK Jr. Way S, Seattle, WA 98144. When I put in the address it gave me 26 results none of which match my target property. The Zillow database doesn't include commercial structures. It appears that this is a commercial building as it is the address for a restaurant.
