Why did I NOT GET ANY QUOTES for my loan request ZR-BGQRPCQ

We want to lower our monthly payments.  Why is your system not finding any lenders that want to refinance us?  We are very low risk. Our home is valued at $200,000 and our balance is $103,000.  I have been employed with the same employer for 19 years.  We have no other debt (no loans of any kind) and excellent credit. We don't understand why, with our good financial standing, you have nobody who wants to work with us.

Try it again after Thanksgiving.  That quote should be spitting out low 3% 15yr fixed offers from everyone.  That loan is so easy even I couldn't screw it up!!!
