Why did my home, as well as my neighbors, and coincidentally, the person's who sold them dissappear?

I've been trying to track my home's estimated values, but it recently dissappeared off the site and the Zillow online team never respond to my emails.

Also, my neighbors home which was similarly renovated is removed.  I think that the contractor/previous owner had enough knowledge to use the 'Claim this Home' and removed both of these as well as his own home from the site.
