Have there been any foreclosures or short sales in your neighborhood recently? Zillow blindly aggregates data without regard to external factors and this can result in large shifts in values. Just another reason why you shouldn't take the Zestimates too seriously. Call a local realtor if you want a true picture of your home's value in today's market.
Why did my home value/zestimate drop by $20,000 dollars overnight?
