I know that this is an older question, but allow me to answer it for you.
Zillow is a computer program. It's designed to give you an estimate of your home, based on recent sales.
It has no way of knowing any upgrades that are done, just knows the basics of your home from the original tax records.
I agree, the value of your home here is estimated very low....
