Why did the zestimate not change after I updated my house ?

The original Zestimate stayed the same and you had the house as a 1 sotry home, I put in all the changes regarding the addition that was done in 2001 a second story was added and two more bathrooms. The house went from a 3 bedroom/2 bath 2 car garage ranch to a 5 bedroom / 4 bath 2 car garage home and the zestimate did not change??
Question refers to 1010 Radnor Ave, Pine Beach, NJ 08741

I know that this is an older question, but allow me to answer it for you.

Zillow is a computer program.  It's designed to give you an estimate of your home, based on recent sales.

It has no way of knowing any upgrades that are done, just knows the basics of your home from the original tax records.

I agree, the value of your home here is estimated very low....
