How frustrating trying to purchase a home through the internet, have the agents attitudes collapsed with the industry ? Property management is no better,
The I.T. age is with us and so easy and polite to reply ?

Most Realestate Agents are in the real estate business because of the flexible schedule. Integrading their personal activities into their business day takes them away from business activities. Long story short, they find the customer inconvienient.

The number one reason is that most Realtors do not believe that an internet inquiry will become tangible.  Many people get into real estate because of the tangibility of the product and they do not understand that the IT age and intangibility is here to stay.  All the best.

I always follow up on internet inquiries (at least I hope).  Sometimes things go into the spam folder and we don't see it....  Other agents are not internet savvy.  I suggest if internet inquiries  are important to you that you find an agent that is internet savvy.  On another note,  sometimes we are pulled in to many different directions.....
