Why do homes on the mls not show on Zillow?

I manage a real estate company and an associate brought to my attention that he wasn't able to find his listings on your site that I believed to be part of a syndicated service from the oklahoma city metro assoication of realtors. Is this not accurate?

Are you the broker?  If so, did you sign up for the HUB listings syndication?  If so, than you need to call OKCMAR and find out why your listings are syndicated.  If you didn't yet sign up, all you need to do is fill out a form, agree to certain terms and sign.  Call OKCMAR at (405)840-1493.  Good Luck!

Most MLS services are not syndicated with Zillow.   There isn't a "the MLS", it is a conglomerate of regional MLSs.
