Hi Gary,
We are also getting your listings via Century 21's national franchise listing feed. Now that you have taken them over from the feed, you will be able to maintain the listings yourself and they'll be associated with your account but I would also note that C21 has a great marketing deal with Zillow where-in your listings would be automatically featured if they are updated via the feed. It's your choice.
