Why do some homes listed for sale show zestimates while others do not?

How does one remove the zestimate that shows up next to the list price in the list of homes for sale in a particular area?  Why does it not show the range?

Properties with Zestimate value are those with (sufficient) public data coming from the county. As such, we don't remove the Zestimate as they are a research tool for buyers, sellers, and home owners.

If a listing has no Zestimate, here are some reasons:
1. Non-disclosure States.
2. Manually created (via feed, agent and/or homeowner).

Please watch this video to know more about the Zestimate.

Thank you.
