We show all of the homes' sales that we have in our database (going back more than 15 years) on each home's details page. We only show the most recent sale as a "recently sold" (and put it in the bubble on the map, and a few other places) for homes that have been sold in the last one-year (I think; it might be the last 2 years -- can't remember). Bottom line -- all of the sales data can be found on the home details pages.

Why do some homes show the amount and date of the last sale, and others don't show this information?
