Hi Topvalueguy,

Wetdawgs is correct. Duplicates or manually created property details pages are usually created when a property is listed for sale. I can send this duplicate for deletion to avoid confusion.

You can click this to check the correct property.

Thank you.

When a property has been listed for sale, sometimes duplicates (or more) are created on Zillow.   The best one to look at is the one with public data (this one in the address mentioned).  You can find this out by clicking on the "more facts" on the home details page and see if the "public facts" section has numbers.   If not, it was a duplicate.

How frustrating to get a response that isn't related to the question.

Mainly the zestimate is a formula, guess, hypothesis, postulation...you get it.

The zestimate is nothing more than interesting.  If you are interested in the value of a property, give a call to a trusted Real Estate Agent who can provide you with the recent sales of comparable properties in the area.  Otherwise you can ask 3 different people and get 3 widely disparate numbers.  The market is the ultimate valuer of property, we in the business make educated estimates.  I"m in Placentia, while bordering Brea, we may have tens of thousands difference based on varying factors.  It is literally street by street in some cases.

Good luck and slow down to enjoy the roses!!!
