Zillow does not only pull data from Postlets - they pull from many forms of Real Estate marketing, Virtual Tours, Real Estate Shows, List Hub and on and on.... your question about why there is no agent - is simply answered that - most of the foreclosures without an agent are not yet on the market - and companies like Realty Track, Foreclosure.com and so on want you to sign up and pay for their services.

If a property is 'labeled' foreclosure or has a link to foreclosure.com this is a paid ad from foreclosure.com. They put foreclosed properties onto Zillow to entice folks to sign up for their service.
If your agent friend wants to list a property on Zillow, they can either use a broker feed or use a site like postlets.com to get their listing on for free. They would need to have a Zillow account and use the same email address on both their Zillow account and the postlets.com account in order to edit their listing.
If you want to see what a postlets.com listing looks like, click on my icon and view my listing. This was placed on Zillow using postlets.com and then edited for content.

It depends on the Agents Profile and/or if they even have one set-up...

Because Zillow feels it is ok to show homes that are truly not on the market but that the home owner is in trouble - these home owners could very well save their homes - yet sites like this show them as for sale when in all honesty they are homes that are in some stage of the foreclosure process - they are not foreclosures until the bank takes possession of them which only happens about 50% of the time - sad but true many sites like Zillow, Realty Track feel that it is appropriate to make show these homes - when in my personal opinion it is acting like a vulture -

Why do the foreclosures not say the agent who is selling it?
