The home owner just wanted to share the location of this property only. In the home fact, there is no words about chinese restaurant; for buyer of any race; or any words mention about race. Thanks.
This is terrible.....The person that wrote this is already in big trouble

Mr Chan makes a very good point: Whoever is advertising the home using those terms is violating Federal Fair Housing law and can get in deep trouble is someone reports them.
This is especially true if he/she is a licensed Realtor - this is a very obvious "no, no". There must be no mention of any protected class such as race, national origin, creed, etc. in any advertising (including MLS listing).
