Why do you continue to show a house at 103 Rattle Snap Ct Cary, NC. That house was torn down last year.  Also, why is 105 Rattle Snap valued less than either 106 or 107 even though it's larger and has a larger lot?

I realize this is an older post but I agree with what was written....that is why you want to talk with a Realtor. They get the information hot off the mls, they are professionals, just like your doctor or stockbroker, many of us have a great deal of education and really do know how to guide you professionally and thoughtfully through a real estate transaction.
