Don is correct. You can edit the home information by claiming the house. You can claim it by going to the home details page and hover over the "Edit" option and click on "Claim your home". Once claimed, you can again hover over the "Edit" option and click on "Edit home facts" and to change the picture, you can click on "Add/Edit photos".
