That is an excellent question! Zillow gets its information from users and feeds. If they get poor data, so do the users.  Let Zillow know about any mistakes and they will correct them right away.This is another perfect illustration why Zillow is a great place to start, but you need a local expert when it gets right down to it. Find the best agent in your area, and see what others are saying about them.
