Why do you have my home valued at over $40,000 less than a home that is not as new, not near as larg

I live in Pinellas County, not Pasco and yet you have comopared to small houses in there, and yet have the homes on my street for sale and what they are asking. Homes have sold for far more than you have mine and yet mine is nicer, newer and has more..including a 3 car garage which the others don't.
How can this site be so far off???

This is a common issue with Zillow. There estimates are "Zestimates". I recommend that if your house is currently up for sale, speak with your agent to get the "Zestimate" removed (we have the ability through MLS). If it's not listed, you can do it through Zillow.
