Why do you have two different valuations for the same property at the same address?

Our property at 2209 23rd Street in Parkersburg, WV has two different listings...with two widely varying valuations from Zillow.  It's so crazy...one goes up continually, and the other goes down all the time.  It's the exact same house...exact same property and the exact same description details.  Yet you have one listing "zestimated" at almost 125K and the other at only approximately 93K.  Got to say, it doesn't give me a lot of confidence in whatever model you are using to arrive at your "zestimate!"  I think I know WHY the problem happened--it's probably because the house is located and built on two lots.  In which case, I would think both "zestimates" are off.  By the way, we own 5 properties in Parkersburg and we have this identical problem with two of the five homes...and both of those homes are on double lots.  Can't you fix your system to account for double lots and come up with more accurate "zestimates?"

You put your finger on it, the property has double lots.  Zillow will combine lots on a property when your county combines lots into a single id.

Zillow used to give a rental zestimate on home, now they don't. What's up with that?
