Why do you only list my home as 1250 sqft. It is double that. My home's purchase price in 03 should reflect the entire finished sqft which is double that. Both levels are entirely finished. Your zestimate says 208K, but I have about 2500 finished sqft. It should be worth way more than 208K despite this terrible economy. It is misleading to any potential buyer if they look at this. Can you please look into this? thank you.
