Why do you put such a low value on my home and all others on my street so much higher?

My house is full of extras and is larger than the house on the market for $8000 rent up the street.  My street and location are much more favorable with visitor parking and easy access.  My house has rented a number of times for higher than $7500,  How did you price it around $5500.  You are hurting our market with your inaccuracy.
