Why do you use vacant lots in the comparisons?

In the comparison properties to my home, which range in price from $168,000 to $262,500, there is a vacant lot listed at $52,500.

The values that you get online often have mistakes such as this. To determine the value of your home more accurately, I would suggest paying for an appraisal or have an in depth CMA by your listing agent. Or both.
