Why do your zestimates differ from what the relators are telling people.

A Zestimate is not an appraisal, but a number generated by a statistical model.  As a consequence, there is a range predicted by the model. 

Read these carefully!

In addition, last week Zillow changed the algorithm for calculation of the Zestimate, hence the drop of the Zestimate to be closer to the CMAs.

Zestimates are not appraisals and realtors have closed sales faster than Zillow gets them. If you need a value for your home, I would ask several different local agents for a CMA on your house. They can pinpoint comps and give you the most recent sales. Most are happy to help.
