Why does Aldan, PA come up as Clifton Heights, PA? Its affecting the apprasial of a home im buying!

Thanks a lot. It was just confusing to me especially when the lenders and underwriters dont know what name to put down on the papers...im sure it will be resolved very soon.

Aldan does not have it's own post office and is serviced by Clifton Heights 19018. The taxes are different in that Aldan is a part of William Penn School District and Clifton Heights is pard of Upper Darby School District. You would have research deeper for the millage difference in these areas as Aldan Borough will also tax differently than Clifton Heights. 



EDIT: Also, do taxes constantly rise in this township?

I have rarely heard of taxes (millage) going down anywhere other than depreciation
