Why does Zillow compare my 4-Plex commerical property to individual house sales in the area?

Zillow's constant comparison of my commercial 4-plex property to individual home sales in the area makes no sense.  4-plexes should be compared to other 4-plexes and houses should be compared to houses.  To make the comparisons Zillow makes is intentionally misleading and misrepresents the true facts.  I would appreciate Zillow cleaning up their own mess on this one.

It shouldn't be comparing them. If you are selling the four plex, your buyer will be coming from a commercial broker or realtor, a fourplex is a special market. Zillow is  wonderful in many ways for buyers and sellers and it gets better every day. The people who work for Zillow are always very proactive, so helpful. Its a small company that is just amazing in the way it has shaken up the business. Your posting is one that will get attention and trust me, Zillow will work to get it fixed.
