Why does Zillow give out such incorrect information on my house?

Unfortunately, Zillow cannot see your home. You bets bet is to update the home facts so your bathroom count is accurate and to look up the average return upon sale of remodeling you have done here, Most home improvements only return a fraction of their cost.

Did you add the bathroom, with a permit? Thats important as Zillow pulls its information from public records. If you didnt pull a permit on it, do so now. Resale will be difficult.
